1 General Provisions

3 Account Management

A valid mobile number and password are required to create an account. Identity is verified through OTP confirmation at the time of registration. If verification cannot be completed for any reason, the account cannot be activated.

3.2 Password and Security

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Sharing your password with anyone, or giving a third party access to your account, is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify jitabet's support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

jitabet may request identity verification documents at any time to ensure the security of financial transactions. The platform reserves the right to temporarily suspend account transactions if the required documents are not provided within the specified time.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at jitabet is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted; the source of deposit must be your own registered payment method.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Standard processing time is 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit. Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure that all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

4.3 Transaction Verification

jitabet reserves the right to verify any transaction. Payment processing may be temporarily delayed in cases of unusual or suspicious activity. Additional information may be requested in such situations.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members making their first deposit at jitabet may receive a 200% bonus of up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000, and a wagering of ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be completed before withdrawal.

5.2 Other Promotions

Regular promotional offers (such as the weekly deposit festival, slots bonus, cricket celebration rewards, birthday gift, and friend referral bonus) each have their own terms and wagering requirements. It is mandatory to read the detailed terms of the relevant promotion before claiming any bonus.

5.3 Bonus Misuse

• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Strategic betting to earn bonuses (arbitrage, risk-free hedging) may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Bonuses are applicable for personal entertainment betting only.
• If a withdrawal is attempted before the current wagering requirements are met, the bonus balance will be deducted and only the remaining amount will be paid.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

Odds or payouts displayed on jitabet may change at any time. A bet is only confirmed once the system accepts it. The platform reserves the right to cancel bets placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.

6.2 Match Fixing and Fraud

Any attempt to gain an advantage through match fixing, use of insider information, automated betting software (bots), or any other fraudulent activity will result in the immediate closure of the relevant account and forfeiture of all balances.

6.3 Bet Cancellation Circumstances

• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the bet is considered void and the stake is returned.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet may be cancelled.
• In live betting, if an internet connection is lost, the last confirmed bet will be considered valid.

6.4 Maximum Win Limit

jitabet may set a maximum limit on winnings from a single bet or within a specified period. The applicable limit is stated in the details of each betting market.

7 Responsible Gaming

jitabet believes that healthy entertainment is the main goal. We advise our members to follow the responsible gaming guidelines and provide various self-help tools.

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or illegal activity is found.
• Registration using a false identity or incorrect information.
• Abusive behaviour towards another member or staff.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.

11.2 Account Closure by Member

You may request to close your account at any time. It is recommended that you withdraw any available balance before making the request. Any pending bonus balance will be considered void after the account is closed.

12 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between jitabet and a member, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through discussion. To raise a complaint, please contact our support team via live chat or email.

After a complaint is submitted, jitabet will investigate and communicate a decision within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with the decision, you have the option to request a review with additional information.

A claim for the return of funds incorrectly credited due to a system or technical error is valid. However, losses resulting from a member's own betting decisions will not be covered under a dispute.

13 Amendments to Terms

jitabet reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify members by email or through the platform, though this is not mandatory.
